Mission of Virginia Bombers Pitching Program:

• The Bombers six week pitching program is designed to emphasize proper pitching mechanics and a solid throwing program to better each individual skill set.  Players will go through a series of drills breaking down their mechanics (windup/stretch), PFP (pitchers fielding practice), proper throwing progression, core/arm/shoulder care, pick-offs and holding runners, pitching location, off speed pitches, and mental approach.
• Our objective for all skill levels is to give each player a championship experience and provide useful information teaching proper mechanics, techniques, and set up drills for the player to use at home for personal skill development.  The Bombers approach to player development combines best of breed drills and conditioning techniques with data-driven analysis, giving players a customized training plan that will improve weaknesses and emphasize strengths.
• This is not a lecture clinic.  With a low player-coach ration, each player gets individualized quality instruction in a small-group atmosphere.
• Cost  - 50$ for the 6 week program
